For the Chicken:

- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 1 large egg, beaten
For the Orange Sauce:
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Zest of 1 orange
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the Chicken: In a bowl, combine cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then coat with the cornstarch mixture.
- Air Fry the Chicken: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Make the Orange Sauce: In a saucepan, combine orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, cornstarch, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Combine Chicken and Sauce: Toss the cooked chicken in the orange sauce until well coated.
- Serve: Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot over rice or steamed vegetables.
