- 16 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup blueberry preserves or blueberry pie filling
- Cooking spray
- Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
- Top with 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry preserves or filling.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and seal tightly into a triangle or a pouch.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the wontons in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the wontons with a bit more cooking spray.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the wontons are sealed tightly to prevent filling leakage.
- Serve immediately for the best crispiness.
- You can substitute other fruit preserves for blueberries.
- Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispiness.
