Description

Crispy and creamy Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a delightful dessert made with sweetened cream cheese and blueberry filling wrapped in wonton wrappers and air-fried to golden perfection.


Ingredients

  • 16 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup blueberry preserves or blueberry pie filling
  • Cooking spray
  • Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and add about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center.
  3. Top with 1/2 teaspoon of blueberry preserves or filling.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and seal tightly into a triangle or a pouch.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the wontons in a single layer.
  7. Spray the tops of the wontons with a bit more cooking spray.
  8. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 6-8 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  9. Remove and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.

  • Make sure the wontons are sealed tightly to prevent filling leakage.
  • Serve immediately for the best crispiness.
  • You can substitute other fruit preserves for blueberries.
