Description

A creamy, cheesy spinach dip made effortlessly in the air fryer. Perfect for parties or as a quick appetizer.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add in the spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish or ramekin.
  5. Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Carefully remove from air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the spinach is thoroughly drained to avoid a watery dip.
  • You can add artichoke hearts for a twist on the classic recipe.
  • Serve with crackers, chips, or sliced veggies.
