- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
- Add in the spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to an air fryer-safe baking dish or ramekin.
- Place the dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Carefully remove from air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the spinach is thoroughly drained to avoid a watery dip.
- You can add artichoke hearts for a twist on the classic recipe.
- Serve with crackers, chips, or sliced veggies.
