Description

Say hello to island vibes with this Aloha Tropical Smoothie! It’s fruity, creamy, and naturally sweet—made with pineapple, mango, banana, and coconut milk for a refreshing drink that tastes like vacation in a glass. Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or a post-workout boost!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (canned or carton)

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • Ice, if needed for thickness

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender: pineapple, mango, banana, coconut milk, orange juice, Greek yogurt, and sweetener if using.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding ice if you prefer a thicker texture.

  • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Make it vegan by using plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.

  • Add a handful of spinach or chia seeds for extra nutrition.

  • Want a smoothie bowl? Use less liquid and top with granola, coconut flakes, and fresh fruit.
