Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if using.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cauliflower is golden brown and tender-crisp.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes of baking.
