- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and spread the barbecue sauce evenly over the surface.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and red onion slices.
- Carefully transfer the pizza to the oven or pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired, and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- You can use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Try adding sliced jalapeños for a spicy kick.
