Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken on the grill or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side on the grill or bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven.
- During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush generously with barbecue sauce.
