Berry Green Smoothie:

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions

- Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed.
