Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
- Prepare the Pasta: Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. In the same skillet used for chicken, cook bacon until crispy. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Reduce heat to low.
