Description

Big Mac Wraps are a fun and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, made with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, cheese, and a tangy Big Mac sauce all wrapped in a tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the Big Mac sauce.
  3. Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for a few seconds until pliable.
  4. Spread Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
  5. Top with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheddar cheese.
  6. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
  7. Optional: Grill the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use lean ground beef for a lighter version.
  • To save time, prepare the sauce ahead and refrigerate.
  • Grilling the wrap adds an extra crunch.
