Big Mac Wraps are a fun and easy twist on the classic Big Mac, made with seasoned ground beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, cheese, and a tangy Big Mac sauce all wrapped in a tortilla.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, sweet pickle relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the Big Mac sauce.
- Warm tortillas in the microwave or on a skillet for a few seconds until pliable.
- Spread Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
- Top with cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheddar cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Optional: Grill the wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for a lighter version.
- To save time, prepare the sauce ahead and refrigerate.
- Grilling the wrap adds an extra crunch.
