- 4 cloves of garlic, smashed
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon whole peppercorns
- Handful of fresh parsley

Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Place the bones on a baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes until browned.
- Cook the Broth: In a large stockpot, combine the roasted bones, vegetables, garlic, bay leaves, peppercorns, and parsley. Cover with water.
- Simmer: Bring the broth to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for at least 8 hours, skimming off any foam that rises to the surface.
- Strain: Once the broth is rich and flavorful, strain it through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
- Cool and Store: Let the broth cool, then refrigerate. Skim off any solidified fat before using or storing.
Notes

- Feel free to customize your bone broth with herbs and spices like thyme, rosemary, or turmeric.
- Bone broth can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or frozen for longer preservation.
