Pasta:
- 8 oz bow tie pasta
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Veggies:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 English cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil a pot of salted water and cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and basil.
- Add Dressing: Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Enjoy!
