Description

This Butterscotch Cool Whip Pie is a quick and easy no-bake dessert made with butterscotch pudding, whipped topping, and a buttery graham cracker crust. It’s silky, sweet, and irresistibly smooth—perfect for any occasion and always a crowd favorite!


Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant butterscotch pudding mix

  • 3/4 cup cold milk

  • 1 cup Cool Whip (plus more for topping, if desired)

 

  • Optional: crushed butterscotch candies or toffee bits for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the butterscotch pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until it starts to thicken.

  2. Fold in the Cool Whip until fully combined and smooth.

  3. Spoon the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

  4. Chill for at least 2 hours, or until set.
