- Mix Together: Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Add Chocolate Chips: Stir in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Fill Muffin Cups: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake: Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
