Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a donut pan with olive oil or nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and herbs. Mix until well combined but not overworked.
- Spoon the mixture into a piping bag or zip-top bag with a corner snipped off, and pipe into the greased donut molds. Smooth the tops with damp fingers if needed.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F/74°C).
- Let cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
