- Toast Almonds and Coconut: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the slivered almonds and coconut flakes. Toast them, stirring frequently, until they turn golden brown and aromatic. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Prepare Loaf Pan: Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, ensuring enough overhang for easy removal later.
- Layer Berries and Toppings: Place the chopped strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries into the loaf pan in layers. Evenly sprinkle the toasted almonds, toasted coconut flakes, and chia seeds on top of the berries.
