Instructions
- Wash the strawberries and thoroughly dry them with paper towels. Make sure they are completely dry before dipping.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet or dark chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until smooth.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
- Place the dipped strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
- If desired, melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the dipped strawberries for decoration.
- Optionally, sprinkle nuts, coconut, or sprinkles over the wet chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm.
