- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits, drained
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halved and drained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, gently fold together mandarin oranges, pineapple, cherries, coconut, marshmallows, and nuts if using.
- Add sour cream and whipped topping, and gently mix until all ingredients are well combined and coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to blend and marshmallows to soften.
- Stir gently before serving. Garnish with extra cherries or coconut if desired.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
- Can be made a day ahead—just keep refrigerated.
- Drain fruit well to prevent sogginess.
