Description

Corn ribs are a fun and flavorful way to enjoy corn on the cob, cut into rib-like strips, seasoned, and cooked until crispy and caramelized.


Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lime wedges (for serving)
  • Chopped cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare an air fryer.
  2. Cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create rib-like strips.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoning mixture onto all sides of the corn ribs.
  5. Place the corn ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in an air fryer basket.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 12-15 minutes until the edges are crispy and curled.
  7. Serve hot with lime wedges and a sprinkle of chopped cilantro, if desired.
