- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

- You can substitute half and half for a lighter sauce.
- Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables.
