Description

A rich and creamy chicken garlic parmesan pasta packed with savory flavors, perfect for a hearty, comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden and cooked through.
  3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  8. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • You can substitute half and half for a lighter sauce.
  • Add steamed broccoli or spinach for extra vegetables.
