- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Gnocchi: Prepare the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Make the Creamy Chicken Sauce: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned. Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
