Description

Creamy Pickle Dip is a flavorful, creamy dip with a perfect balance of tangy pickles, savory seasonings, and smooth cream cheese. It’s the ideal snack for pickle lovers and pairs well with crackers, chips, or fresh veggies!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (plus extra for garnish)

  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or spoon.

  • Add the pickles and seasonings: Stir in the finely chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

  • Chill the dip: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. You can also refrigerate it for longer if you prefer a colder dip.

  • Serve: When ready to serve, garnish with extra chopped pickles and fresh dill, if desired. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies like carrots and celery for dipping

Notes

  • If you prefer a spicier dip, add a dash of hot sauce or some finely chopped jalapeños.

  • For a creamier texture, you can substitute Greek yogurt for the sour cream.

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
