- 1/4 cup dry sherry

Instructions
- Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

- Combine and Serve: Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet with the sauce. Stir to coat the shrimp. Serve the Creamy Shrimp Newburg over steamed rice or with crusty bread. Garnish with chopped parsley.
