Description
Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is a delicious and hassle-free twist on traditional lasagna, made by layering frozen ravioli, meat sauce, and cheese in a slow cooker for an easy weeknight meal.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
- 1 bag (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add marinara sauce to the skillet and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Spray the inside of a crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat with remaining ravioli, meat sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours, until heated through and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving, if desired.
Notes
- No need to thaw the ravioli before adding to the crockpot.
- Use ground turkey or sausage as an alternative to beef.
- Add a layer of spinach or ricotta for extra flavor and texture.
