- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, crushed pretzels, or crushed crackers for coating
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
- Once chilled, use a small scoop or spoon to portion the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in your choice of coating (pecans, pretzels, or crackers) until fully covered.
- Place the cheese balls on a serving tray and refrigerate until ready to serve.
