1 cup oat flour (or whole wheat flour)
-
1 teaspoon baking powder
-
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce or mashed banana
-
1/4 cup pumpkin purée (plain, not pie filling)
-
2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free)

1 egg
For the Frosting:

Let cool completely on a wire rack before frosting.
-
Make the frosting: In a small bowl, stir together yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
-
Frost the cooled cake and decorate with dog treats, shredded carrots, or a little bacon crumble if desired.
-
Serve in slices and store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
