Description

Easter Egg Oreo Balls are festive, no-bake treats made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, shaped into eggs and dipped in colorful candy coating—perfect for spring celebrations and Easter baskets.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts (assorted pastel colors)
  • Sprinkles or decorative sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs.
  2. Add softened cream cheese and process until fully combined into a smooth dough.
  3. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, shape mixture into egg-shaped ovals and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 20–30 minutes, until firm.
  5. While chilling, melt the white chocolate or candy melts in separate bowls according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each Oreo egg into the melted coating, using a fork to lift and let excess drip off. Place back on the parchment paper.
  7. Decorate with sprinkles or drizzle with contrasting colored melted chocolate.
  8. Chill again until the coating is set, about 10–15 minutes.
  9. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Use different candy melt colors to match your Easter theme.
  • Can be made up to 3 days in advance and stored chilled.
  • Add gel food coloring to white chocolate if needed.
