This easy Buldak ramen recipe delivers bold, spicy Korean flavors in a quick and satisfying noodle dish inspired by the popular fire chicken instant noodles.

- 1 pack Buldak (spicy Korean) instant ramen
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 green onion, sliced
- 1 boiled egg, halved (optional)
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Buldak ramen noodles according to package instructions, usually boiling for 3–4 minutes.
- Drain most of the water, leaving about 2 tablespoons in the pot.
- Add the sauce packet and mix well over low heat for about 1 minute.
- Stir in sesame oil and cooked chicken, mixing until heated through.
- Transfer to a bowl and top with green onion, sesame seeds, and a boiled egg if using.
- Optional: Add mozzarella cheese on top and microwave for 30 seconds until melted.
Notes
- Adjust spice by using only part of the sauce packet.
- Use rotisserie or leftover chicken for convenience.
- Top with kimchi or pickled radish for added flavor.
- For extra richness, crack a raw egg into the hot noodles and stir.
