- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed buttery crackers (like Ritz)
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch or similar-sized baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the drained pineapple chunks, crushed pineapple, sugar, flour, and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
