- 3 cups cooked egg noodles
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, peas and carrots, and cheddar cheese until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Substitute frozen vegetables with any veggies you have on hand.
- Add a pinch of paprika or parsley on top for extra flavor and color.
