- 1 packet (0.7 oz) Italian dressing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 8 oz angel hair pasta, cooked
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a greased slow cooker.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and Italian dressing mix until smooth and creamy.
- Pour sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Shred or leave chicken whole. Stir sauce and serve over cooked angel hair pasta.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
