- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional)
- 1 tbsp sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tortillas into triangle-shaped chips.
- Brush both sides of tortilla chips with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over chips.
- Place chips in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Let cool slightly.
- Arrange chips on a serving platter.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over warm chips so they melt slightly.
- Top with sliced strawberries and bananas.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and add whipped cream and sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately.

- You can substitute flour tortillas with pita bread or use store-bought cinnamon chips for convenience.
