Description

A decadent and easy-to-make fudgy Oreo brownie recipe, packed with rich chocolate flavor and chunks of Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • Extra Oreos for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, and whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Stir in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
