Description
Crispy on the outside, tangy on the inside—these Fried Pickles are the ultimate snack or party appetizer! Dill pickle slices are coated in a seasoned batter, then fried to golden perfection. Serve them up with ranch or your favorite dipping sauce for a crowd-pleasing treat.
Ingredients

1 (16 oz) jar dill pickle chips or slices, drained and patted dry

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs
-
1/4 cup milk
-
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

Vegetable oil, for frying

Ranch dressing or dipping sauce, for serving
Instructions

Heat 1–2 inches of vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat to 350°F (175°C).

Set up a dredging station with three bowls:

Bowl 1: Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Bowl 2: Whisk together eggs and milk.

Bowl 3: Add breadcrumbs.

Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, then the egg wash, then coat with breadcrumbs.

Fry the coated pickles in batches for 2–3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

Make sure pickles are well-dried before coating to help the batter stick.
