Description

These Garlic Butter Cheesy Crescent Rolls are soft, flaky, and loaded with gooey cheese and savory garlic butter. Perfect as a side dish, appetizer, or even a quick snack, they come together in minutes using store-bought crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley.

  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.

  4. Brush each triangle lightly with the garlic butter mixture.

  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on the wide end of each triangle and add a small pinch of Parmesan.

  6. Roll each triangle up, starting from the wide end, to form a crescent shape.

  7. Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet, tip side down.

  8. Brush tops with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with extra Parmesan.

  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can switch out mozzarella for cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the butter mixture for a little heat.

  • Best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes.
