- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas
- Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, cheese, cilantro, sour cream
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease, then add minced garlic and butter. Cook for 1–2 minutes until garlic is fragrant and butter is melted.
- Stir in honey, BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the beef.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until pliable.
- Spoon the beef mixture into each tortilla and top with desired toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
