Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are packed with juicy ground beef, gooey cheese, and wrapped in soft biscuit dough. Baked until golden and brushed with a garlic parmesan butter, they’re totally irresistible and perfect for dipping!

Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • 1 small onion, finely diced (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or small cubes of cheddar

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)

For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, onion (if using), salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Drain excess grease.

  • Stir in ketchup and mustard, and let the mixture cool slightly.

  • Flatten each biscuit round into a 4-inch circle. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of beef mixture into the center and top with a bit of cheese.

  • Fold the edges of the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.

  • While baking, mix melted butter, garlic powder, Parmesan, and parsley.

  • Once the bombs are out of the oven, brush them generously with the garlic Parmesan butter.

  • Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • Try adding pickles, bacon bits, or jalapeños inside for extra flavor.

  • Swap cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for a cheesy twist.

  • Great as appetizers, lunchbox items, or freezer-friendly snacks.
