Sandwich Base

- 4 ounces sliced deli turkey or prosciutto
- 2 slices provolone or fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 roasted red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup arugula or baby spinach
- 1/4 avocado, sliced (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat a skillet or panini press over medium heat to ensure even grilling and crisping of the sandwich.
- Prepare the Bread: Lightly brush the inside of the ciabatta halves with olive oil to enhance crispness and flavor during grilling.
