- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1/2 cup hummus (plain or flavored)
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or dill for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry slightly and place on the baking sheet. Use a fork to prick the surface to prevent puffing.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Spread an even layer of hummus over the cooled pastry.
- Top with cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, then slice into squares and serve.
