- 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles or pickle spears
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Lay out ham slices on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each ham slice.
- Place a few pickle pieces or a spear on one end of each ham slice.
- Roll the ham slices tightly around the pickles.
- Slice each roll-up into 3-4 pieces if serving as appetizers or leave whole for snacks.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best results.
