Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 10 slices deli ham
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles or pickle spears

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay out ham slices on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each ham slice.
  4. Place a few pickle pieces or a spear on one end of each ham slice.
  5. Roll the ham slices tightly around the pickles.
  6. Slice each roll-up into 3-4 pieces if serving as appetizers or leave whole for snacks.
