Description
Italian Pinwheels are bite-sized, flavorful appetizers made with deli meats, cheese, and veggies rolled up in a soft tortilla and sliced into perfect party-ready spirals. Great for entertaining or an easy lunch option.

- 4 large flour tortillas (or spinach/herb wraps)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp Italian dressing
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach or arugula
- 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese with Italian dressing and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Lay out tortillas and spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each.
- Layer with provolone cheese, deli meats, roasted red peppers, and spinach.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from fridge and slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter and serve.
Notes
- Use toothpicks to secure if needed for serving.
- Can be made a day ahead and stored in the fridge.
- Try banana peppers or sliced olives for variation.
