- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the maple mustard glaze generously over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Optionally, broil for the last 1-2 minutes for a caramelized top.
