Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole is a rich, cheesy baked dish made with layers of ravioli, seasoned ground beef, marinara sauce, and a creamy cheese mixture. It’s an easy, crowd-pleasing comfort food perfect for busy weeknights or potlucks.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara or pasta sauce
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- In a separate bowl, mix together ricotta, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the mozzarella.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce. Spread half of the cheese mixture over the ravioli, then top with half of the remaining meat sauce.
- Repeat layers: ravioli, cheese mixture, and remaining meat sauce.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley or basil if desired.
Notes
- You can use beef or sausage ravioli for extra flavor.
- Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake.
- Pairs well with garlic bread and a green salad.
