Dry Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Combine Everything: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined. Fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Bake: Press the mixture into the prepared pan evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Allow the bars to cool in the pan before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
