Description

A decadent and easy dessert made by layering chocolate cake mix, peanut butter cups, and sweetened condensed milk into a baking dish—no mixing required! Perfect for peanut butter and chocolate lovers.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter chips
  • 1520 mini peanut butter cups, halved
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread peanut butter cups evenly across the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle dry chocolate cake mix evenly over the peanut butter cups.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake mix layer.
  5. Sprinkle peanut butter chips and optional chocolate chips on top.
  6. Drizzle melted butter evenly over the entire mixture, making sure to cover as much of the surface as possible.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is set and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  • Do not mix the layers—just layer and bake for the best texture.
  • Try using chopped full-sized peanut butter cups for a chunkier version.
