Description

Pickle Dip Pinwheels are a fun and flavorful twist on the classic pickle dip, rolled up in soft tortillas for an easy, no-bake appetizer. Packed with cream cheese, chopped pickles, dill, and dried beef or ham, these bite-sized snacks are tangy, creamy, and totally addictive!

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (about 3-4 medium pickles)

  • 1/4 cup sour cream or mayo (optional for extra creaminess)

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

  • 1/3 cup chopped dried beef or deli ham (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and dill until smooth.

  2. Stir in chopped pickles and beef or ham, if using.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, all the way to the edges.

  4. Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  5. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels just before serving. Arrange on a platter and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, skip the meat and add extra pickles or shredded cheese.

  • Use flavored or spinach tortillas for a fun twist.

  • These can be made up to a day in advance—just keep them tightly wrapped until ready to slice.
