Ingredients
-
2 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
-
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped (about 3-4 medium pickles)
-
1/4 cup sour cream or mayo (optional for extra creaminess)
-
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
-
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
-
1/3 cup chopped dried beef or deli ham (optional)
-
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, and dill until smooth.
-
Stir in chopped pickles and beef or ham, if using.
-
Spread the mixture evenly over each tortilla, all the way to the edges.
-
Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
-
Slice into 1-inch pinwheels just before serving. Arrange on a platter and enjoy!
Notes
-
For a vegetarian version, skip the meat and add extra pickles or shredded cheese.
-
Use flavored or spinach tortillas for a fun twist.
-
These can be made up to a day in advance—just keep them tightly wrapped until ready to slice.
