- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into 2-inch squares.
- Add a small spoonful of pizza sauce, some cheese, and a few mini pepperoni slices to each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough up and pinch to seal into a ball shape.
- Place the poppers seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush each popper with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
