- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
- Fried egg or tofu (optional topping)
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, green onion, and sugar until combined.
- Add hot drained noodles to the sauce and toss well to coat evenly.
- Top with sesame seeds and a fried egg or tofu if desired. Serve immediately.
