- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine), halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and mozzarella balls.
- Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces and add them to the bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving platter or bowl.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve immediately.
