These Rice Krispie Easter Nests are a fun and easy no-bake treat made with crispy rice cereal, melted marshmallows, and chocolate, perfect for celebrating spring or Easter with kids.

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips (melted)
- Mini chocolate eggs or candy-coated eggs, for topping
- Cooking spray or butter, for greasing muffin tin
Instructions
- Grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and quickly stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, pressing it into a nest shape using your fingers or the back of a spoon. Allow to cool and set.
- Once set, remove the nests from the tin and spoon a little melted chocolate into the center of each nest.
- Top with mini chocolate eggs or candy-coated eggs.
- Let the chocolate set before serving.
Notes
- You can use white chocolate or colored candy melts instead of milk chocolate for variety.
- To make nests easier to remove, use silicone muffin cups.
- Add a drop of food coloring to the marshmallow mix for a festive look.
